About Neeka
Hi, I’m Neeka and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who supports foundational health through a food-first, bio-individual approach. I help people make sense of ongoing symptoms and build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support how their bodies actually function in day-to-day life.
Before this work, I followed a traditional path from college into public accounting. My days often meant 60-plus hour workweeks, constant deadlines, and little space for rest or nourishment. Like many people in high-stress environments, I relied heavily on caffeine, pushed through exhaustion, and didn’t think much about how food or lifestyle were affecting my health. Over time, that caught up with me in the form of chronic stress, anxiety, and ongoing hormonal challenges with my cycle.
I reached a point where “pushing through” and managing symptoms no longer felt sustainable. I wanted to understand what was actually driving how I felt, rather than continuing to rely on temporary solutions. That search led me toward a more holistic view of health and eventually to nutritional therapy and the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) program.
Through that training, I learned how much foundational nutrition and lifestyle support can influence digestion, energy, blood sugar regulation, stress response, and hormonal balance. Just as importantly, I realized how meaningful this work felt to me. I’ve since stepped away from public accounting to focus fully on helping others support their health in a way that feels realistic and grounded.
Today, my approach is practical and individualized. I don’t use one-size-fits-all protocols or rigid rules. Instead, I work with each client to understand their unique patterns and create recommendations that take into account their schedule, preferences, budget, and day-to-day demands. I understand what it’s like to juggle a busy, high-stress life, and my goal is to make changes feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
I most often work with people experiencing ongoing symptoms such as digestive discomfort, low or unstable energy, blood sugar challenges, or hormonal concerns, especially when quick fixes haven’t led to lasting change. My goal is to help you better understand your body and feel more confident making informed decisions about your health through diet and lifestyle support.
If this resonates, I’d love to connect. You’re welcome to submit an intake form and take the first step toward feeling more supported in your health.
